 A fully qualified and experienced therapist, I trained with the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC), and have also studied with the Midlands School of Massage and Manipulative Therapy. I practice Aromatherapy massage, Deep tissue massage, Reiki, Reflexology and Indian head neck and shoulder massage. I'm also a fully qualified life coach, (Newcastle College Accredited) and a master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I am a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.
